Reservation Policy
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
- Upon receit of a 50% deposit, your reservation will be confirmed.
- The Balance Due, is due upon arrival.
- Please inform us of your anticipated arrival.
- Rates are based on occupancy per room.
- There will be a $50 charge per person per night in excess of the room’s occupancy
- We do not accept one night reservations, but “walk ins” are welcome.
- A minimum 5 night reservation is required for the following holiday periods: Presidents’ Week, Easter Week, and Christmas/New Year’s thru 3 Kings Holiday.
- A minimum of 3 nights is required for all other holidays.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival forfeits deposit.
- Cancellation of group reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival forfeits deposit.
- Early check-outs are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made during holiday periods are non-refundable.
- There is a $25 processing fee which will be applied to all other cancellations.
Security Policy:
- Charges will be made for lost or broken items, to the credit card we have on file.
- A full inspection of the room and its contents will be made by our staff after your departure time.
